Two major items are currently under investigation and remain unresolved: Financial Fraud and Construction Fraud. Details on each are published on the tracked issues below.
If this is not an Orascom organization wide issue, then the CEO (Mr. Mohamed Amer) and the CCO (Mr. Haytham Samir) should be dismissed, or asked to step down, and replaced. An independent oversight committee should be formed reporting to the Board of the Parent in Switzerland.

CriticalFX Manipulation — 2024 EGP depreciation eventAdvanced financial fraud to increase profit margins.
Several homeowners have complained about major delays in quotations being issued and construction progress months before the EGP depreciation event in 2024.
This suggests and alleges El Gouna and its parent Orascom Development Holding intentionally produced such delays to receive a higher amount of EGP after the depreciation event for raw materials that were purchased before the depreciation event.
